Le domaine familial, fondé en 1940 est certifié bio depuis 2002, et NOP depuis 2007, et attache autant d'importance à la culture du terroir qu'à la production de ses vins: récolte manuelle, vinification et élevage en cave souterraine ou en fût de chêne témoignent de son engagement qualité.
